Cook 7 cups peeled, cubed potatoes in a small amount of boiling salted water, covered, for 18-20 minutes, until just tender. Darin. Spray or grease a 9x13 pan. Mix potatoes in a large bowl with 16 oz cubed or shredded Swiss cheese, 2/3 c real mayonnaise ( like Hellmann's), 1 tsp garlic salt, and a 10 oz jar stuffed green olives, drained. Bake in preheated 350 oven for 40 minutes.
