Combine 1/4 c butter, 1/6 c dijon mustard, 1/8 c finely diced onion, and 2 tsp. poppy seeds. Spread mixture on both cut sides of 8 hamburger buns. Divide 1 lb thin deli sliced ham into 8 portions and place on bun bottoms. Sprinkle evenly with 8 oz shredded Swiss cheese, cover with top bun. Wrap each sandwich in foil. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes, until thoroughly heated. Unwrap and serve. Melty and flavorful!
Serve with baked sweet potatoes ( nuked, to save time), topped with butter and/or brown sugar of course!) Miraculously, low-fat or fat -free butter spreads and Brown Sugar Twin taste every bit as wonderful as the regular versions, making sweet potatoes a quick and wonderful side dish...
