Mix in a 9x13 baking dish: 8 cooked, chopped boneless chicken breasts, 1-1/2 c. sour cream, 2 TB poppyseed, 2 cans cream of chicken soup, and 1/2 c chicken broth. Spread 1 1/2 sleeves of Ritz crackers, crushed, over the top Melt I stick margarine and drizzle over cracker crumbs. Bake in preheated 350 oven for about 50 minutes or until browned on top.
