A simple but delicious casserole served by the Historical Society in the 1800's - restored MacDonell House in Lima, Ohio. This recipe will serve 3-4 .
Preheat oven to 350. Cut up one whole ( 2 breasts) cooked chicken breast and mix with 1 c sour cream, 1 can cream of chicken soup. Melt 1 stick margarine and mix with one box Stove Top chicken stuffing mix. In a 9" square pan, put half the stuffing mix, and top with the chicken mixture. Then spread on the remaining stuffing. Pour 3/4 c chicken broth over the top and bake for 30 minutes.
